All payments are processed securely through Stripe, one of the world's leading payment providers. Payment is required before your appointment can be confirmed.

Do I need to complete any forms before my appointment?

Yes. All patients must complete and submit the required consent form before attending their appointment. This is mandatory and helps us provide safe and efficient care.

Who performs the blood collection?

All blood samples are collected by fully certified and experienced nurses at our clinic, ensuring a professional, safe, and comfortable experience.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes. You can reschedule your appointment at any time using the booking link included in your confirmation email, subject to appointment availability.

Who reviews and interprets my ECG?

All ECG results are reviewed and interpreted by our Lead Cardiologist, providing expert clinical oversight and accurate reporting.

Can I add extra tests on the day of my appointment?

In many cases, yes. Additional biomarker testing can be added during your appointment. If an add-on is available, payment must be completed online, and we will send you a secure payment link by email.
